With any pergola that we build we will obtain a building permit if one is required for the area that you live in. We will get a homeowners association approval if needed.

Any pergola that we build will be a solid, sturdy structure. We will provide drawings to show how the structure will be built from footer, to the load bearing beams, to the nails in the 2x2's that will run across the top.
